Sorry, didn't mean to ruin your fun. I was only defending the one good math teacher I had in high school (well I suppose I should include Mr. Kurto in there as well). Other than those two I only had one other teacher from the Math department...and I won't say anything about him. So, as far as I'm concerned, you may tear apart the math department or the school web site as much as you please, with just a few exceptions. :) I actually find it quite funny that 10-12 consists of "four" grades, but am not particularly surprised that such a mistake happened ;)

Well, that may be why you suck at Math in general (not that I'm saying you do, I'm just going along with your assertion for the fun of it). However, the Calculus program at the school is phenomenol (not that that helps you as you didn't take Calc in HS). Mr. Becker prepared us (at least me) unbelievable well for Calc in college (almost too much so). Now, as I said before, that probably doesn't help you much as you didn't take AP Calc, but I can't help you there. You probably also think that much of Pre-Calc was a waste of your time. It may seem so now, but if you go into Calc 2 and 3 it will start to be used (especially polar geometry).
Sorry, don't know where that came from, but there it is anyways. Hopefully no one will take any offence to what I've just said.

maybe THIS is why college is kinda hard...
the things they're teaching in Saratoga these days...apparently someone has NO idea how to count. Taken directly from the school district's webpage:
"Grade configurations for the secondary schools will change in September 2002, as the result of a district wide construction and renovation bond project approved by voters in June 2000. The middle school will become a three-grade school for sixth-, seventh- and eighth-grades and the senior high will become a four-grade school for grades 10 through 12.
WHAT? Gah...no wonder I suck at Calculus! I have a legitimate excuse! My school district can't do math! MUAAAAAAHAHAH!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!! i LOVE this holiday!!! it is my absolute FAVORITE!!! hell, when else can you dress in a really freaky way and be accepted and not thought of as a complete looney?!? unfortunately i don't have a "costume" this year - i'm gonna haffta wear my mideival dress - which i hope i can still fit into...i fixed the side so there's no longer any holes in it...so it's all pretty again. well, i've gotta get ready to take my killer physics test! BLAH! I HATE PHYSICS!!! i'm going into work tonihgt all dressed up - laura's going to wear her dress too..a.jay's going to be wearing something black...i'm scared...who knows WHAT he's going to be posing as....then it's off to grandmother's house we go...for CANDY!!! lots n' lots o' yummy-ful CANDY!! heheheehe - me thinks i'm gonna be on a sugarhigh tonight - BEWARE!! okie i's REALLY gotta go now - gonna be late! I'm MOVING!!!
I'm Moving (in case you didn't quite get it the first time). They finally found me a room in Governors (the dorm on the other campus where I've wanted to be all along), but better late than never. You have no idea how so, so very, very happy I am. I won't be moving to around Saturday, with the help of my only friend here at UB, who luckily has a car (a VW Bug, but it's a car, which is more than I have right now). Assuming everything works out well with my soon to be new roommate, I will be unbelievably happy. Well, I guess I've rambled on long enough for now, however, if you talk to me any time soon you are very likely to hear this (possibly more than once :-). So, So Happy!!

hey, have u guys tried the new diet pepsi w/ lemon in it? its not bad. theyve got reg pepsi, diet pepsi and diet coke w/ lemon in it. its apparently popular enough that they made a separate soda...but it's really not that impressive!

THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!!!!! i am soooo....happy that the weekend is finally here! i hate school!!! it's driving me nuts! midterms are evil....ok, now that i've got that out of my system....katie's comin' - katie's comin' - katie's comin' - WAHOOO!!! having the "talk" with a.jay this afternoon -- t-minus about two hours....me's mucho nervosa....sorta - i just hope things go ok - or i might not be present tomorrow - i'll be the stay-puff marshmallow man again. i don't think that will happen though, it's just the worst-case senario...and i think i'm kinda hyper too - i have the urge to get of my chair and start dancing or bouncing around...'tis strange. oh! i got my one and only check from lowe's - for like 9.95 hours of work i made $71.69!!!! and at staples i made 66 something...WHY does that job have to be so BORING!!! oh well, i's happy anywho...k i's gonna go - i will see the katie tomorrow...i dunno what time i'll be there, but i will be there early enough to see ur first race! okie! i'll ttyl!

Well, we can't just have Michelle and Katie posting. Although I'm wondering if anyone but the three of us actually reads the entries, oh well, not my concern right now. I had (and perhaps still have) the possibility of coming home this weekend because my Friday class was canceled (YAY!!). However, it would cost a significant amount of money and would also keep me from doing any work this weekend (not that I really have much, *ducks tomatoes and anything else thrown at him by angry clan members*). However, if someone one would like to convince me that I should come home, feel free to do so, although you would have to do it in the very, very near future.

HOME!
That's right, in twenty-four hours I will be on a bus going to Saratoga! (My roommate is so sick of hearing me talk about this!) Races are at 11:25 in the novice 8+(they're FAST for novices...or so it seems. Hey, we're only 9 seconds off UCONN! And that was with a yucky lineup...) and 3:30 in the fours. I'll be hanging out at the Saratoga tent for part of the day too cause my dad offered the team the use of the area ^^. Laura, Michelly, Ben, A. Jay(not that you have a choice), anyone else in the Saratoga area I know, you'd better be there! Katie misses youuuuuuu! Can't wait to be home on Saturday! Ja ne!

Set a new speed record for running from class to the dorm back to the LARC back to class: 11 minutes flat. The circuit usually takes me about 20-22. OW. Stupid me left 11 hours of damn hard work on Shini instead of on the disk. Got my exercise in for the day.

Ok, we can't just have one posting, it doesn't look good, so I'm going to remedy that situation. First of all, as Katie said, I recently posted a whole ton of pictures from the S-Clan summer trip onto my web site (I also made a small S-Clan page, but it still needs some major help). Now that that's taken care off :) on to other stuff. Just over four weeks left till Thanksgiving break, I can't wait (it's sad that I'm looking forward to that already, but what can I say, I like home, which is in Saratoga Springs, not this little 12x10 thing they call a dorm).
